The Asolo women's last is slightly wider than the tradition Italian last which not only makes it super comfy on long hikes where your toes might start to swell or get tender, but it also fits a much wider range of people. 

The Asolo Stynger is a leather/synthetic composite shoe which means it has durability where you need it and weight reduction where you don't. They also tend to "wear-in" a little easier than full leather boots. Couple this with the waterproof Gore-Tex lining and super stable sole and you have a boot ready for trekking.
